About the Role

Our client, a non-profit organization committed to empowering youth through sport and physical activity, is seeking a dedicated and versatile Remote Youth Development Coach (Multi-Sport) . This role focuses on designing and delivering engaging, curriculum-based sports programs aimed at fostering life skills, promoting healthy habits, and building confidence in young individuals. While the coaching delivery may involve virtual sessions and potentially in-person clinics or events as required, the core function of program design, resource creation, and mentorship will be performed remotely. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in coaching multiple sports, a passion for youth development, and excellent skills in creating inclusive and impactful virtual learning experiences. This is a fully remote position with occasional travel expectations.

• A genuine passion for youth development, education, and promoting active lifestyles.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and motivational skills, both online and offline.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet project deadlines in a remote setting.
• Experience with video recording and editing software is a plus.
• Relevant coaching certifications (e.g., multi-sport, specific sport certifications) are advantageous.
• Understanding of child protection policies and safeguarding practices.
• Availability for occasional travel for in-person components.
