Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in youth program development, coordination, or facilitation, with online/virtual engagement.
• Proven experience delivering engaging virtual content for youth.
• Excellent virtual communication, presentation, and group facilitation skills.
• Strong understanding of adolescent development and safeguarding.
