Partner Company in South Africa is seeking an experienced Workday Payroll Analyst to support enterprise implementation and go-live readiness. You will lead testing, validate payroll configurations, and collaborate with HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT teams to ensure accurate payroll processing.

The role requires 5+ years Workday Payroll experience, strong regulatory knowledge, and excellent stakeholder management. Remote work arrangement offered with a contract engagement and benefits.

Qualifikationen

• At least 5 years of Workday Payroll experience with multiple full-cycle implementations.
• Deep expertise in Workday Payroll configuration and testing methodologies.
• Proven experience leading payroll testing activities for enterprise deployments.
• Strong understanding of payroll regulations, taxes, and deductions.
• Experience with Workday reporting, troubleshooting, and defect management.
• Ability to coordinate complex testing, document findings, and drive resolution.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Aufgaben

• Serve as SME for Workday Payroll during implementations and deployments.
• Lead SIT, end-to-end, regression, parallel payroll, and UAT testing.
• Validate payroll configurations including earnings, deductions, taxes, garnishments.
• Develop and execute test scripts, document results, and coordinate defects.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Finance and partners to ensure readiness.
• Support data validation, reconciliation, cutover planning, and go-live readiness.
• Troubleshoot payroll system issues and contribute to defect management.
• Recommend improvements to payroll processes and configurations.
• Ensure integrations and end-to-end workflows function correctly.
