Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a skilled Logistics Systems Administrator to manage and optimize our suite of WMS and TMS solutions in a fully remote setup. The role focuses on system configuration, user support, data integrity, and implementing enhancements to boost efficiency.

You will work with IT and vendors to upgrade features, document processes, and provide end-user training, ensuring seamless operations across the distributed team.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Systems Administrator with a focus on logistics or supply chain software.
• In-depth knowledge of WMS and/or TMS systems.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and experience with database management.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication skills for supporting remote users and collaborating with technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Administer, configure, and maintain logistics software systems (WMS, TMS, etc.).
• Provide technical support and training to end-users across the organization.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity within logistics systems through regular audits and validation.
• Troubleshoot system issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
• Collaborate with IT teams and software vendors to implement system upgrades and new features.
• Develop and maintain system documentation, user guides, and standard operating procedures.
