Placements24 seeks a skilled Remote Warehouse Systems Administrator to manage the WMS and related logistics software across distributed operations. You will configure systems, support users, ensure data integrity, and drive upgrades to maximize performance.

The role requires at least 5 years in WMS administration and expertise with SAP EWM, Manhattan Associates, or Oracle WMS, plus strong SQL skills and remote collaboration abilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in Warehouse Management System administration or support.
• Expertise with major WMS platforms such as SAP EWM, Manhattan Associates or Oracle WMS.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management and order fulfillment.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve complex system issues.
• Proficiency in SQL and database management is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Administer, configure, and maintain the WMS and related logistics software.
• Provide technical support to end-users across warehouse locations.
• Monitor system performance, ensure data integrity, and perform data backups.
• Develop and execute system testing plans for new features or upgrades.
• Collaborate with IT and operations to implement improvements.
• Generate reports and analytics to support decisions and performance tracking.
