Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience designing/managing wireless networks.
• Deep knowledge of Wi-Fi standards (802.11ax) and wireless hardware.
• Experience with WPA3, EAP, and wireless intrusion detection systems.
• Ability to work independently and remotely.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and manage enterprise-level wireless networks (Wi‑Fi, Bluetooth, Cellular).
• Perform site surveys, capacity planning, and network performance tuning.
• Troubleshoot complex wireless network issues including interference and security.
• Develop and implement wireless security policies and procedures.
• Stay current with latest wireless technologies and best practices.
