You will monitor real-time data, diagnose issues, develop optimization strategies, and prepare detailed reports for stakeholders, collaborating remotely with engineering and site teams. Strong Python, SQL, and data analytics skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Data Science, or related field.
• 5+ years experience in wind energy, focusing on turbine performance analysis or operations.
• Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages (Python, R, SQL).
• Familiarity with wind turbine control systems, SCADA data, and performance monitoring platforms.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills for remote collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze real-time performance data from a diverse fleet of wind turbines.
• Conduct in-depth diagnostics to identify performance issues, failures, and root causes.
• Develop and implement strategies for improving turbine efficiency and energy production.
• Prepare detailed performance reports, highlighting key metrics, trends, and recommended actions.
• Collaborate with site operations teams and engineering departments remotely to implement corrective measures.
