Job summary
Placements24 is seeking a remote Wellness Coach to empower individuals in achieving health goals through personalized coaching sessions, tailored wellness plans, and ongoing support from anywhere. You will guide clients through lifestyle changes, nutrition, fitness, stress management, and sleep optimization using digital tools.
The role requires a bachelor's degree or higher in Health Science, Nutrition, Psychology, Kinesiology or related field, NBHWC or Wellcoaches certification, and at least
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Health Science, Nutrition, Psychology, Kinesiology, or related field.
- Certification from NBHWC or Wellcoaches is required.
- Minimum of 4 years of wellness coaching experience.
Responsibilities
- Conduct one-on-one virtual coaching sessions to assess goals and lifestyle.
- Develop personalized wellness plans covering nutrition, activity, stress, and sleep.
- Provide ongoing support, motivation and accountability to clients.
- Educate clients on evidence-based wellness strategies and habit formation.
- Monitor progress and adjust plans using digital tracking tools.
- Collaborate with other health professionals within the platform.
