Qualifications
- Certification from a recognized Wellness/Health Coaching program.
- Proven experience coaching individuals on health and lifestyle improvements.
- Strong knowledge of nutrition, exercise physiology, and behavioral change principles.
Responsibilities
- Conduct one-on-one virtual coaching sessions focused on nutrition, fitness, stress management, and overall well-being.
- Develop customized wellness plans based on individual client assessments and goals.
- Monitor client progress, provide regular feedback, and adjust plans as needed.
- Educate clients on healthy habits, goal setting, and strategies for overcoming obstacles.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records using our secure online platform.
- Engage with clients through various digital communication channels to provide ongoing support and motivation.
