Placements24 is seeking a dedicated Remote Wellness Coach & Holistic Health Advisor to join a growing virtual health platform, based out of Mossel Bay. This fully remote role guides clients toward holistic health goals through nutrition, exercise, stress management, and mindfulness.

You will conduct one-on-one sessions, develop personalized plans, monitor progress, maintain confidential records, and stay updated on best practices. Flexible scheduling and bonuses accompany comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in health coaching, nutrition, or related wellness field.
• Certification in Wellness Coaching or Holistic Health is required.
• Strong understanding of holistic health principles including nutrition, fitness and mental well-being.
• Excellent virtual communication and motivational skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct one-on-one virtual coaching sessions to assess client needs and plan personalized wellness journeys.
• Provide guidance on nutrition, exercise, stress reduction, and mindfulness practices.
• Set realistic goals and develop strategies for lasting lifestyle changes.
• Monitor client progress and adapt plans as needed.
• Educate clients on holistic health principles and best practices for well-being.
