Qualifications

• Certification from a recognized Wellness/Health Coaching program.

Responsibilities

• Conduct one-on-one virtual coaching sessions focused on nutrition, fitness, stress management, and overall well-being.
• Develop customized wellness plans based on individual client assessments and goals.
• Monitor client progress, provide regular feedback, and adjust plans as needed.
• Educate clients on healthy habits, goal setting, and strategies for overcoming obstacles.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records using our secure online platform.
