Qualifications

• NBHWC certification required.
• Minimum 3 years of remote wellness coaching experience.
• Strong nutrition, exercise physiology, behavior change, and stress management knowledge.
• Excellent listening, communication, and motivational interviewing skills.
• Proficiency with virtual meeting tools and health-tracking software.
• Bachelor's degree in a health-related field is advantageous.

You will conduct one-on-one coaching sessions, develop personalized action plans, and provide ongoing encouragement and accountability. The ideal candidate is a skilled communicator, empathetic listener, and possesses a strong foundation in health science, dedicated to fostering positive health outcomes and promoting a holistic approach to well-being for clients anywhere in the world.

Key Responsibilities
