Placements24 is seeking a compassionate Remote Wellness Coach to guide individuals in achieving health and well-being goals through virtual consultations and ongoing support. You will conduct one-on-one coaching, develop personalized action plans, and provide accountability while promoting nutrition, exercise, stress management and holistic wellness for clients worldwide.

Qualifications

NBHWC certification required.
Minimum 3 years of remote wellness coaching experience.
Strong nutrition, exercise physiology, behavior change, and stress management knowledge.
Excellent listening, communication, and motivational interviewing skills.
Proficiency with virtual meeting tools and health-tracking software.
Bachelor's degree in a health-related field is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Conduct virtual one-on-one coaching sessions to assess needs and set personalized wellness goals.
Develop tailored action plans incorporating nutrition, physical activity, stress reduction, and mindfulness techniques.
Provide ongoing support, motivation, and accountability to help clients achieve and maintain their goals.
Educate clients on healthy lifestyle choices and evidence-based wellness strategies.
Track client progress and adjust plans as needed, documenting session notes accurately.
Stay updated on the latest research and best practices in health and wellness coaching.
