Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategies for efficient warehouse operations, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping. Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational effectiveness and identify areas for improvement. Manage a remote team of warehouse supervisors and staff, fostering a culture of accountability and high performance. Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and regulatory standards within all warehouse facilities. Optimize warehouse layouts and workflows to maximize space utilization and operational efficiency. Collaborate with procurement, sales, and transportation departments to ensure seamless supply chain integration. Manage budgets for warehouse operations, identifying cost-saving opportunities. Oversee the implementation and maintenance of warehouse management systems (WMS) and other relevant technologies. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback and development opportunities for team members. Drive continuous improvement initiatives throughout the warehouse operations.

Requirements

Master's degree or equivalent experience in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. At least 7 years of experience in warehouse management, with a significant portion in a leadership role. Demonstrated experience managing remote teams and operations successfully. In-depth knowledge of WMS, inventory control techniques, and lean principles. Strong understanding of safety regulations and best practices in warehouse environments. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools. Ability to think strategically and solve complex operational challenges. Experience with budget management and financial planning for operations. Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and reducing costs.
