The ideal candidate has a Bachelors in Industrial Engineering or Logistics, 5+ years in warehousing, and strong change-management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse operations with focus on process improvement and efficiency.
• Proven experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt preferred).

Responsibilities

• Analyze warehouse workflows, layouts, and procedures to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase throughput and reduce costs.
• Collaborate with on-site managers and staff to implement new processes and tools.

Key Responsibilities
