About the Role

Our client is a premier provider of integrated logistics solutions and is seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Lead Warehouse Operations Manager to spearhead their operations. This pivotal role is designated as fully remote, allowing you to leverage your expertise from any location. You will be responsible for overseeing the strategic planning, execution, and optimization of warehouse activities across multiple sites. This includes driving efficiency, ensuring accuracy, and implementing best practices in inventory management, order fulfillment, and material handling. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities, a comprehensive understanding of warehouse technologies, and a proven track record in managing large-scale warehousing operations. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement innovative warehouse strategies to maximize efficiency and throughput.
• Oversee all aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control.
• Manage and optimize warehouse layouts and space utilization.
• Implement and enforce strict safety protocols and procedures to ensure a secure working environment.
• Lead, train, and mentor warehouse staff to foster a high-performance culture.
• Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) and other technologies to track inventory, manage orders, and improve operational visibility.
• Analyze operational data to identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.
• Manage budgets and control operational expenses effectively.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, carriers, and other logistics partners.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives throughout the warehouse operations.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in warehouse management and operations, with a focus on leadership.
