Qualifications

• Experience designing learning materials for digital and print formats.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methods.
• Proficiency with e-learning tools like Articulate Storyline and multimedia development is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop vocational training curricula with objectives, content, activities, and assessments.
• Create manuals, presentations, e-learning modules, video scripts, and practical exercises.
• Apply instructional design principles and adult learning theories in content.
• Collaborate with SMEs to ensure curriculum accuracy and relevance.
• Develop assessment tools to measure learner competency and program effectiveness.
• Manage curriculum development projects with timely delivery of resources.
