Placements24 is seeking a remote Curriculum Developer for vocational training to design and develop high-quality curricula. You will craft objectives, content, activities, and assessments for diverse trades, ensuring outcomes-focused learning.

Collaborating with SMEs and industry professionals, you will produce manuals, e-learning modules, video scripts, and practical exercises, applying adult learning principles to create accessible, learner-centered materials for a remote workforce.

Qualifications

• Must hold a degree in Education, Curriculum Development, or a related field.
• At least 4 years of experience in curriculum development, vocational or technical training.
• Experience designing and developing digital and print learning materials.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop vocational curricula with objectives, content, activities, and assessments.
• Create manuals, presentations, e-learning modules, video scripts, and practical exercises.
• Apply adult learning theories to keep content learner-centered.
• Collaborate with SMEs to ensure accuracy and relevance.
• Develop assessments to measure competency and program effectiveness.
• Manage curriculum development projects and timely delivery of resources.
• Review curricula based on feedback and industry changes.
• Stay informed about best practices in vocational training.
