About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Source, vet, and manage relationships with a network of reputable catering partners across various regions.
• Coordinate all logistical aspects of virtual catering, including menu selection, packaging, shipping, and timely delivery to event attendees.
• Develop and manage budgets for virtual catering projects, ensuring cost-effectiveness and profitability.
• Create detailed event plans and timelines, overseeing execution from start to finish.

Requirements

• Proven experience (3+ years) in event planning, catering coordination, or a similar role, with a strong emphasis on logistics and client management.
• Demonstrated ability to think creatively and develop unique service offerings.
• Excellent understanding of food safety and packaging requirements for delivery.
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Proficiency with project management software, CRM systems, and virtual collaboration tools ("e.g., Zoom, Slack, Asana").
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines in a remote work environment.
• A degree in Hospitality Management, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
