Qualifications

• Five+ years as paralegal/lawyer/attorney.
• Two+ years as a litigation paralegal for a U.S. firm.
• Experience with U.S. civil litigation procedures and case management.
• Drafting pleadings, motions, discovery docs, subpoenas, and correspondence.
• Experience managing discovery and document production.
• Preparing cases for depositions, hearings, and trials.
• Familiarity with state/federal filing systems.

Responsibilities

• Support civil litigation matters from intake to trial prep.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery documents.
• Organize exhibits, depositions, and trial materials.
• Manage discovery, production, and response processes.
• Coordinate depositions, hearings, and trials.
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, courts, and witnesses.
• Track deadlines and court dates to ensure compliance.
• Prepare court filings using electronic systems.
