Jobgether is seeking a Personal Injury Paralegal for a fully remote role with a partner US law firm. You will support attorneys through intake, evidence collection, and case lifecycle management, including settlement negotiations and litigation preparation.

You will handle medical records, insurance documents, liens, and court filings, coordinating with providers, insurers, and counsel. Strong English, PI experience, and AI tool proficiency are required.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of professional paralegal, lawyer, or attorney experience.
• At least 2 years as a personal injury paralegal for a U.S. law firm.
• Experience obtaining and organizing medical records, bills, and insurance docs.
• Experience drafting settlement documents and pleadings.
• Excellent English writing and communication skills.
• Advanced use of AI tools to support workflows.

Responsabilités

• Support PI cases from intake through settlement or litigation.
• Collect client information on accidents, injuries, insurance, and medical history.
• Organize medical records, bills, and insurance documents.
• Maintain client communications about treatment, progress, and deadlines.
• Coordinate with providers, insurers, and counsel.
• Prepare settlement packages and pleadings.
• Track deadlines and statutes of limitations.
• Submit court filings via electronic filing systems.
• Keep digital case files organized in case management systems.
