Placements24 is seeking an Operations Supervisor - Tourist Services to oversee remote operations across a variety of tourism services. You will manage bookings, scheduling, and resource allocation while ensuring quality standards and high customer satisfaction.

This fully remote role requires strong leadership of distributed teams and proactive problem-solving. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s in a related field, at least 4 years in tourism/hospitality ops, and excellent remote collaboration

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Tourism Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in operations management within the tourism or hospitality industry.
• Proven experience in managing remote teams and coordinating distributed services.
• Strong understanding of the tourism landscape and customer service principles.
• Excellent organizational, planning, and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in using operational management software and communication platforms.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective remote collaboration.
• Ability to work independently and manage a demanding workload in a fully remote setting.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to high-quality service delivery.
