Qualifications

• Strong expertise in routing protocols (e.g., BGP, OSPF) and WAN technologies.
• Proficiency with network monitoring and analysis tools.
• Experience working effectively in a fully remote team setting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for remote collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and manage complex telecom network solutions, ensuring high availability and performance.
• Proactively monitor network health and performance, identifying and resolving potential issues before they impact users.
• Implement and maintain network security measures to protect against threats.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams via digital communication tools for project planning and execution.
• Participate in on-call rotation for critical network support.
• Document network configurations, processes, and incident reports meticulously.
