Placements24 is seeking a dedicated Remote Telecom Support Specialist to join its established team. Working entirely from home, you will be the first point of contact for resolving a wide range of technical telecom issues, ensuring customer satisfaction and network integrity.

You will diagnose connectivity problems, guide customers through setup and configuration, document interactions, and escalate complex issues when needed.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in technical support, preferably in telecoms.
• Strong networking knowledge and hardware troubleshooting.
• Excellent communication and active listening skills.
• Ability to explain technical information to non-technical users.
