Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Telecommunications Technician, Network Technician, or similar role with a focus on remote support.
• Strong understanding of networking protocols, telecommunications systems, and relevant hardware.
• Proficiency in using remote access and diagnostic tools for system management and troubleshooting.
• Excellent communication skills to explain technical issues to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Self-discipline and time management to meet remote work objectives from Cape Town.
