You will provide expert remote guidance for installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of PBX and VoIP systems from home, coordinating with field technicians and clients nationwide from Stellenbosch.

The role requires extensive experience in telecommunications installation, strong diagnostic abilities, and excellent remote communication skills.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in telecommunications installation and maintenance with strong remote support.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote technical assistance for installation of telecommunications equipment.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities
