Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a Remote Customer Solutions Specialist to join our expanding telecoms support team. This fully remote role focuses on delivering responsive technical help and guidance to customers, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a positive experience.

You will work independently from home, use CRM tools to log interactions, and contribute to customer retention through clear communication and proactive problem solving.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; related post-secondary education is a plus.
• Minimum 2 years in customer or technical support, ideally in telecoms.
• Strong understanding of telecom services (internet, mobile, VoIP).
• Excellent communication, listening and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and remote support tools.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote technical support and troubleshooting for telecom services.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and chat promptly.
• Guide customers through setup and use of telecom equipment and software.
• Diagnose issues and escalate when needed to higher tiers.
• Educate customers on features and best practices.
• Document interactions and resolutions in the CRM system.
