• 5–7 years in telecom network operations management.

Responsibilities

• Manage and direct all aspects of telecom network operations, ensuring high service availability.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a geographically dispersed team of network operations specialists and engineers.
• Develop and implement operational procedures, policies, and performance metrics to optimize efficiency and service quality.
• Oversee the management of network infrastructure including routers, switches, firewalls, and transmission systems.
• Manage vendor relationships and SLAs to ensure timely and effective support.
• Drive continuous improvement, identify cost-saving opportunities, and implement best practices in network operations.
