Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 10+ years in telecommunications infrastructure management, with 3+ years in leadership.
• Strong network architecture, deployment, and operations experience (fiber, wireless, data centers).

Responsabilités

• Lead design, implementation, and maintenance of telecommunications infrastructure.
• Develop strategic plans for upgrades, expansions, and new deployments.
• Oversee network performance monitoring, ensuring uptime, capacity, and QoS.
• Manage infrastructure budgets, vendor relationships, and procurement processes.
• Establish and enforce policies, procedures, and best practices for infra management.
• Ensure robust security measures to protect the network infrastructure.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align infra strategy with business goals.
• Drive adoption of new technologies within the infrastructure domain.
• Oversee incident response and disaster recovery planning for infra services.
