Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a meticulous and analytical Telecoms Billing Systems Analyst to join our finance and operations team, operating remotely. You will manage billing platforms, ensure data accuracy, and optimize invoice processing and revenue reconciliation across telecom services.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Finance or IT, 3–5 years in billing systems, strong SQL skills, and experience with major telecom platforms such as Amdocs or Oracle Communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience with billing systems, preferably in telecoms.
• Strong understanding of billing cycles, revenue assurance, and rating principles.
• Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain telecom billing platforms, ensuring uptime and performance.
• Analyze billing data to identify discrepancies and improvement opportunities.
• Configure and test new billing rules, offerings, and rating plans.
• Generate and validate customer invoices, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Collaborate with IT, customer service, and finance to resolve billing issues.
• Develop reports and dashboards to monitor billing metrics and revenue assurance.
