Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in billing systems analysis, preferably in telecommunications.
• Proficiency with billing software and strong understanding of revenue assurance.

Responsibilities

• Analyze billing cycles, revenue assurance, and customer account data to identify trends and anomalies.
• Manage and configure telecoms billing systems, ensuring accurate product and service rating.
• Develop reports and dashboards to monitor billing performance, revenue leakage, and customer impact.
• Collaborate with IT, customer service, and product teams to resolve billing issues and implement system enhancements.
• Perform system testing for new features, updates, and integrations related to the billing platform.
