You will work closely with finance, technical, and customer service teams to resolve billing discrepancies and enhance the overall billing process. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of billing cycles, rating, and revenue assurance within the dynamic telecoms sector in the Eastern Cape .

Key Responsibilities
