Qualifications

• Matric / Grade 12 required; related finance/analytics qualification advantageous.
• 5+ years experience in billing, finance or revenue administration.
• Experience in telecommunications, connectivity or ISP billing preferred; supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Connectivity billing across the group, ensuring monthly billing is accurate and timely.
• Resolve billing queries, discrepancies and escalations; manage pricing, VAT and discounts.
• Analyze billing data to identify trends, variances and opportunities to improve revenue performance.
• Monitor Connectivity projects and administration; sign off subscriber forms and manage project information.
• Escalate and manage ISP billing queries; oversee contract openings/closings and temporary billing solutions.
• Support pricing calculations and commission processing; assist sales with billing-related queries.
