Placements24 is seeking a skilled Remote Technical Recruiter to join a fully remote team in South Africa. You will source, screen and place candidates for software engineering, DevOps, data science and system admin roles, while building strong partnerships with client companies and hiring managers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in technical recruitment, agency or in-house.
• Proven success recruiting Software Engineers, DevOps Engineers, Data Scientists, and System Administrators.
• Strong understanding of technology stacks, programming languages, and IT concepts.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Autonomous and able to manage multiple requisitions remotely.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and qualify candidates for technical roles.
• Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates.
• Conduct in-depth technical interviews to assess skills and fit.
