Placements24 is seeking a Remote Technical Trainer to develop and deliver training programs for products and services. The role is fully remote with responsibilities across multiple locations, focusing on installation, maintenance and operation training.

You will create materials, run live sessions, and provide ongoing support to ensure participant competency. The ideal candidate has a passion for sharing knowledge, strong communication, and a solid technical background.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in technical training or instructional design.
• Ability to quickly learn complex systems and convey them clearly.
• Excellent presentation, facilitation and communication skills.
• Experience creating training materials (guides, slides, videos).
• Proficiency with Zoom, Teams, Webex and e-learning tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop, update and maintain training curriculum, manuals and e-learning modules.
• Deliver engaging virtual training sessions to clients and staff.
• Assess training effectiveness through evaluations and feedback.
• Provide technical support related to training content.
• Stay current with product updates and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with product development and support teams to align training with goals.
