Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Experience as Training Coordinator or Learning & Development role.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Familiarity with LMS and HR software.

Responsibilities

• Identify training needs through analysis and departmental consultations.
• Design and develop training materials, workshops, and e-learning modules.
• Source, vet, and manage external training providers.
• Coordinate training schedules, logistics, and participant registration.
• Track training effectiveness, ROI, and employee development progress.
