You will drive planning, execution, and optimization of IT systems while collaborating with teams worldwide in a fully remote setting. The ideal candidate brings 10+ years of IT project management experience, strong leadership, and expertise in Agile, Scrum, and ITIL.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field.
• 10+ years in IT project management with focus on operations & infrastructure.
• Proven track record managing large IT projects in distributed environments.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, and ITIL.
• Strong leadership and remote communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of IT operations projects, delivering infrastructure upgrades and system implementations.
• Develop detailed project plans with scope, timelines, budgets, resources, and risk mitigation.
• Coordinate with global IT teams, vendors, and business units for alignment and execution.
• Oversee implementation of new technologies and optimization of existing IT systems.
• Ensure IT best practices, security standards, and regulatory compliance throughout lifecycles.
• Monitor project performance and report risks and outcomes to senior management.
