Job summary

You will build scalable APIs and distributed systems, collaborate with Product, Frontend, DevOps, and other teams, and drive AI-powered development practices to boost velocity and quality.

Qualifications

• 6+ years backend development experience with leadership exposure.
• Strong TS/Node.js expertise and API design.
• Experience with cloud (AWS), CI/CD, and databases.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of engineers; enforce coding standards.
• Define and deliver scalable backend APIs and services.
• Architect backend systems for high availability and security.
• Collaborate with Product, Frontend, DevOps; translate requirements.
• Champion AI-powered development practices to improve velocity.
