You will work in a small pod with product and domain experts, owning features from concept to production and monitoring, using React/TypeScript, Node.js, PostgreSQL, and AWS. Strong collaboration and documentation are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience building and shipping production web software.
• Proficiency with TypeScript and Node.js, React, or comparable tech.
• Relational databases experience, PostgreSQL preferred.
• Experience with AWS and event-driven architectures.
• Strong testing discipline including Playwright.
• Practical experience using AI coding tools in daily work.
• Ability to work in regulated environments is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong documentation habits and ownership mindset.
• Willingness to contribute across frontend, backend, data, testing, and cloud.

Responsibilities

• Own product features end to end from requirements to production support.
• Collaborate with product owners and domain experts to translate needs into buildable solutions.
• Develop full stack using React/TypeScript and Node.js with PostgreSQL on AWS.
• Write clean code and contribute to architectural decisions.
• Write unit and Playwright end-to-end tests as part of the workflow.
• Leverage AI coding agents and AI-driven QA tools for velocity and quality.
• Operate and support deployments including monitoring and incident response.
• Document decisions, estimates, and changes for teammates.
• Own delivery commitments and manage risks to progress features.
• Provide technical leadership within a collaborative pod.
