Job summary
Placements24 is seeking a skilled Remote Project Manager to oversee the implementation and enhancement of critical business systems. This fully remote role allows you to contribute from anywhere while coordinating ERP, CRM, and other core applications across departments.
You'll develop detailed project plans, manage timelines and budgets, collaborate with IT and business stakeholders, and lead remote teams using Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT, business administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of project management experience with enterprise systems.
- Proven ERP/CRM implementation project experience.
- Strong communication and leadership for remote teams; familiar with Agile/Waterfall.
Responsibilities
- Lead project planning, execution, and deployment of ERP/CRM systems.
- Develop detailed project plans with scope, timelines, budgets, and risks.
- Coordinate with IT, stakeholders and vendors for requirements and alignment.
- Manage configuration, testing, and rollout of system upgrades and new deployments.
- Provide status updates, identify issues, and propose solutions to keep projects on track.
- Facilitate user training and adoption of new systems.
