Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a proactive Recruitment Resourcer to join a fully remote team. You will identify and engage candidates across a wide range of vacancies, build strong pipelines, and support Recruitment Consultants throughout the process.

The ideal candidate will have experience in recruitment or sourcing, excellent communication, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting, using ATS and online sourcing tools.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment or sourcing is advantageous.
• Proficiency in online sourcing tools and databases.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Source and identify qualified candidates through various channels.
• Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate suitability.
• Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for key roles and industries.
• Update and manage candidate information within the ATS.
• Partner closely with Recruitment Consultants to understand requirements.
• Schedule interviews and manage candidate communication in early stages of recruitment.
