Qualifications

• Proven experience in talent acquisition, recruitment consultancy, or a similar role.
• Demonstrated ability to succeed in a remote or hybrid work environment, with strong self-management skills.
• Excellent online communication and relationship-building capabilities.
• Proficiency with ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other digital sourcing tools.
• In-depth knowledge of the South African labor market and recruitment best practices.
• Strong negotiation skills and a keen eye for identifying top talent.
