Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably with agency experience.
• Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Strong understanding of recruitment tools, platforms and best practices.
• Excellent communication, influencing and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
• A proactive approach to talent sourcing and market intelligence gathering.
