Placements24 is seeking a Senior Recruiter for a fully remote position across South Africa, focusing on Western Cape clients including Mossel Bay. You will manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to offer management, across multiple industries and roles.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of recruitment experience, excellent interviewing skills, and proficiency with ATS and social sourcing tools. You will build strong relationships with hiring managers and deliver high-quality placements.

About the Role

This role is entirely remote, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from anywhere within South Africa , with a focus on supporting clients in the Western Cape region, including Mossel Bay . You will manage the end-to-end recruitment process for a variety of roles, from sourcing to offer management, ensuring an exceptional candidate and client experience. Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle for multiple clients and diverse roles, ensuring timely and quality placements.
• Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies using online platforms, professional networks, and database mining to identify top talent.
• Conduct thorough phone and video interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit for remote or hybrid roles.
• Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with hiring managers and clients through clear and consistent communication.
• Provide market intelligence and recruitment expertise to clients, offering strategic advice on talent acquisition.
• Ensure all recruitment activities and candidate data are accurately recorded and managed within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in recruitment, ideally with exposure to various industries and role levels.
