Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a diligent Recruitment Consultant to join our expanding, fully remote team. You will manage recruitment assignments across diverse sectors, connecting talented people with ideal career opportunities and building strong rapport with clients and candidates.

Based in South Africa, you will source and screen candidates, conduct needs assessments with clients, and guide offers from engagement to close.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a recruitment or talent acquisition role.
• Proven ability to manage multiple recruitment mandates simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of candidate sourcing techniques and best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment technology.
• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and effectively in a remote-first setting.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and interview candidates from diverse backgrounds and experience levels.
• Conduct detailed needs assessments with clients to understand hiring requirements and culture.
• Develop and implement candidate attraction strategies using various online and offline channels.
• Manage the recruitment process from initial engagement through to final offer.
• Maintain accurate records of candidates, clients, and recruitment activities in the ATS.
• Achieve individual placement targets and contribute to team goals.
