Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 3+ years as System Administrator or IT support role.
• Proficiency with Windows Server and/or Linux environments.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain server operating systems (Windows Server, Linux).
• Monitor system performance and resolve bottlenecks.
• Implement security policies and protect systems and data.
• Provide technical end-user support for hardware and software issues.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights.
• Perform regular backups and disaster recovery planning.
• Automate routine tasks using scripting languages.
