• Minimum 5 years' experience in installation and maintenance engineering, remote-focused.
• Proficiency diagnosing and resolving issues with complex electro-mechanical or software systems.
• Excellent communication for remote collaboration.
• Experience with remote monitoring tools and diagnostic software.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a virtual environment.
