Placements24 is seeking an experienced Subsea Engineer to join a globally distributed team, supporting offshore Oil & Gas projects remotely. You will design, engineer, procure, and install subsea production systems.

The role emphasizes integrity, reliability, and efficiency of subsea infrastructure from concept to decommissioning, with a strong focus on remote collaboration and high-quality deliverables.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Ocean, or a related Engineering discipline.
• 8+ years of professional experience in subsea engineering.
• Strong knowledge of subsea hardware, interfaces, and installation methodologies.
• Proficiency in subsea design software and analysis tools.

Responsibilities

• Design and specify subsea components including trees, manifolds, flowlines, and umbilical systems.
• Develop installation procedures and support offshore installation campaigns.
• Perform stress, fatigue, and hydrodynamic analyses for subsea structures.
• Collaborate with vendors and contractors to ensure equipment meets specifications and quality standards.
• Conduct technical reviews and risk assessments for subsea developments.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements for subsea operations.
