Placements24 is seeking a highly skilled Remote Subsea Pipeline Engineer to join their globally distributed team. This role focuses on design, analysis, and integrity management of subsea pipelines for offshore oil and gas projects, working entirely remotely from East London or your home office.

You will perform detailed design calculations, stress, fatigue, and thermal analyses; develop installation procedures; ensure codes and standards; review vendor docs; and collaborate with

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 6 years in subsea pipeline engineering.
• Proficiency with SACS, PIPESIM, OLGA.
• Knowledge of DNV and API codes.
• Strong analytical and remote-work abilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed design calculations for subsea pipelines.
• Conduct stress, fatigue, and thermal expansion analyses.
• Develop installation procedures meeting codes.
• Advance pipeline integrity management strategies.
• Review vendor docs during fabrication and installation.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams via virtual tools.
