Job summary

Placements24 is seeking an experienced Remote Project Manager to lead strategic initiatives from anywhere in the country. This fully remote role drives key organizational goals and ensures successful implementation of high-impact projects across dispersed teams and time zones.

Ideal candidates will have 8+ years in project management, a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, and proven ability to deliver complex programs remotely using modern PM methodologies and tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in project management, with significant experience managing strategic initiatives.
• Demonstrated success in leading and delivering complex projects in a remote or distributed work environment.
• Expertise in project management methodologies and tools suitable for remote collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of strategic projects aligned with company objectives.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, resource allocation, and budgets, for remote teams.
• Facilitate seamless collaboration and communication among geographically dispersed team members and stakeholders.
• Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks and dependencies that could impact project success in a remote environment.
• Monitor project progress, provide regular status updates, and ensure accountability across all project phases.
